  • nanopb, Promises, leveldb, SwiftProtobuf: These SDKs support data serialization, promises (asynchronous programming), and database management within the app. They may process data to ensure smooth and efficient app operations.
  • AFNetworking and Alamofire: These networking libraries are used to handle network requests and API interactions within the app. They may collect and process network-related data such as IP addresses and response times.

Interaction With Third-Party Platforms: If you sign up for, or log into, Taco Tuesday using a third-party platform like Facebook or Google, or link your Taco Tuesday account with a third-party platform like Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, we may receive information about you from such third-party platforms. If you post content to a third-party platform through the Service, that third-party platform will also receive that content, which will be visible to anyone that has access to it through that third-party platform. Some of our web pages utilize framing techniques to serve content to you from third-party platforms, while preserving the look and feel of the Service. In such cases, please note that the information you provide may be transmitted directly to the identified third party. If you interact with businesses through Taco Tuesday, they will receive whatever information you choose to share with them, for example contact information you share through quote requests or direct messages to the business, or your phone number if you call the business. Taco Tuesday may share information with third parties where you direct Taco Tuesday to do so through the Service.

5. Security of Your Information

We employ administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your Personal Information. However, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

6. Your Choices

Other users may be able to identify you, or associate you with your account, if you include personal information in the content you post publicly. You can reduce the risk of being personally identified by using the Service pseudonymously, though doing so could detract from the credibility of your contributions to the Service. Taco Tuesday users can also use the Find Friends feature to find one another based on their names or email addresses (you can limit your visibility for this feature in your account profile page. Please also note that the messages you send or receive using the Service are only private to the extent that both you and the recipient(s) of your messages keep them private. For example, if you send a message to another user, that user may choose to publicly post it. We may access, review, and disclose such messages in connection with investigations related to use of the Service, as well as with our efforts to improve the Service.You may review, update, or delete your Personal Information by contacting us. You can also opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the instructions in those communications.

  1. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
    Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CCPA”), California residents have certain rights around Taco Tuesday’s collection, use, and sharing of their personal information.
Taco Tuesday does not sell your personal information and will not do so in the future without providing you with notice and an opportunity to opt-out of such sale as required by law. Similarly, we do not offer financial incentives associated with our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information.
 As of January 1, 2023 you have the right to opt-out of sharing your personal information with third parties for the purposes of targeted behavioral advertising, which you can do via the app in settings. Taco Tuesday collects various categories of personal information when you use the Service, including identifiers, commercial information, internet or other electronic network or device activity information, geolocation data, and professional information. A more detailed description of the information Taco Tuesday collects and how we use it is provided above in Section 1 (Information We Collect and How We Use It). Section 3 (Third Parties) describes the categories of third parties with whom we share personal information, and what information may be shared under different circumstances.
 If you are a resident of California, you have the right to request to know what personal information has been collected about you, and to access that information. You also have the right to request deletion of your personal information, though exceptions under the CCPA may allow Taco Tuesday to retain and use certain personal information notwithstanding your deletion request. As of January 1, 2023 you have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information and to request to limit disclosure or use of your sensitive personal information. Please note, however, that any right to request correction is limited by the legal rights of Taco Tuesday and its users relating to content on Taco Tuesday’s platform, including without limitation legally protected rights related to freedom of speech, freedom of the press, or freedom to information.  Taco Tuesday does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.Separate from the CCPA, California’s Shine the Light law gives California residents the right to ask companies what personal information they share with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for the purpose of directly marketing their goods or services to you unless you request such disclosure.   2. NEVADA RESIDENTS: YOUR NEVADA PRIVACY RIGHTS
    Nevada law (SB 220) requires website operators to provide a way for Nevada consumers to opt-out of the sale of certain information that the website operator may collect about them. Taco Tuesday does not sell your personal information to third parties as defined in Nevada law, and will not do so in the future without providing you with notice and an opportunity to opt-out of such sale as required by law.
